Ironspring Ventures Welcomes Two New Investors

Natan Reddy and Sam Natbony join as Principals to expand investing team and grow NYC presence

Ironspring Ventures is excited to announce two new additions to our investment team, Natan Reddy and Sam Natbony, both of whom will join as Principals. Natan and Sam each bring outstanding investing experience and depth in industrial technology to Ironspring Ventures as well as expand our presence in New York City, a rapidly accelerating hub for digital industrial innovation. With these strong additions to the team, Ironspring is well positioned to identify the next wave of leading digital industrial companies and back pioneering founders and teams who are changing the way we design, build, distribute, and operate in the physical world.

“Natan and Sam bring exceptional investing experience and true domain expertise in our four core focus areas – manufacturing, construction, transportation & logistics, and alternative energy,” said Ty Findley, Co-Founder & General Partner of Ironspring Ventures. “They also grow our boots on the ground presence in New York, a key ecosystem for industrial tech in 2025, and enable Ironspring to mature to the next level as an emerging early-stage fund focused on accelerating digital industrial adoption.”

“All organizations are defined by their people, and in Natan and Sam, there is strong alignment with Ironspring Ventures’ mission, vision, and values,” said Peter J. Holt, Co-Founder & General Partner of Ironspring Ventures. “Both embody the commitment to integrity, collaboration, innovation, and results that are the foundation of our firm.”
