Charlie joins Ironspring Ventures from BBR Partners, a leading multi-family office serving families with complex investment needs, where he served as an Associate on the Portfolio & Wealth Advisory team supporting portfolio construction, manager selection, and investment strategy across public and private markets. Prior to BBR, he was an Analyst at Whitman Insight Strategies, conducting quantitative and qualitative research to inform marketing, product, and policy decisions for corporate and institutional clients. He brings additional experience from his work at OceanX, a science and media nonprofit dedicated to ocean exploration.

Charlie is energized by the startup and venture ecosystem and committed to supporting the next generation of founders. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA Philosophy, Politics & Economics).
